Log In
Log In is for the convenience of returning customers.
It is not necessary to log in to place an order. Log In will present
your last order so you don't have to enter all items again. To add an
item go to the page that contains the desired item and add it to your
cart. To delete items use the "Delete" button in your shopping cart.
To revise quantities simply change the number in your shopping cart.
When you have completed your order click the "Check Out" button and complete
the order process.
Coupons
If you refer a friend/associate to our site and they
make a purchase you will receive a coupon good for 5% off of your next
purchase. There is no limit to the number of coupons you can receive
but only one coupon can be used per order.
To use your coupon look for the line "Click Here To Enter a Coupon" in the
check out process. Clicking that hyperlink will take you to a page
where you will enter your coupon code number. Continue the check out
process and you will receive a storewide 5% discount.

Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American
Express (U.S. and Canada only). All International orders by Bank Wire
Transfer. If you prefer to pay by check, your order will be processed
when your check has been received and has cleared our bank. We do not
ship C.O.D.
Sales Tax
State sales tax will be charged on all orders
delivered within the state of Indiana. There is no sales tax on orders
delivered outside of the state of Indiana.
Shipping
Most products ship within 24 hours on weekdays.
All orders in the continental U.S. are shipped UPS. Non continental
U.S. orders may be shipped via an alternate carrier such as USPS (United
States Postal Service) and then transferred to a local carrier at the delivery
destination.

Shipping fees to Non-Continental U.S. destinations
will be billed the actual shipping fee. Destination taxes are the sole responsibility of

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any
reason and wish to return it, you will need to Email 1stMedicalSupplies.com
to acquire a Return of Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Merchandise
returned without an RMA will be returned to the sender. We will credit
the purchaser's credit card for the merchandise received within 30 days of
the customer's receipt of the merchandise. Returns must include the
original invoice. Returns based on anything other than defective
merchandise will be subject to the original shipping and handling costs.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay for shipping on any
returns. All returns must be unused and in unopened original
